Hi all, For ZS decision analytics consultant role in SF, I gave 5 rounds of interviews (HR/structured/ partner/2 unstructured/manager) completed all on Thursday june 11. In the middle HRs' transferred me to another team from east coast (health/pharma) to west coast (retail/supply). The HR on Thursday let me know that will get back max by Mon. They still have not got back to me its 16th. I left an email with a quick note to HR. Still no reply. Any suggestions on what to do?

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter?
