I am a IIT graduate and working as software engineer (backend developer) since 2022 in Bangalore, and now I want to explore working in USA. I need to know which all companies I can target to get L1 visa for the same.
On internet I can see companies like Salesforce, Intuit, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, GS etc give L1 visas. But I want to know the current trends and companies which are giving L1 visa to people at my experience level.

I am considering moving from US to Canada within EY if my visa doesn’t work out. Joined EY TAS- OTS from MBA as a Senior last year with base of 150k. How much salary should I expect in Toronto?

MBB folks on H1-B who recently switched to FAANG - did you run into any issues with visa transfer? My transfer has been filed and I’m a bit nervous about USCIS’ perception of consultants and the current sentiment around H1-B visas.
