i was also interviewing of synechron, cleared all internal round and client round (HSBC client for some MDP project related to messaging to customer).
how much can i ask from synechron ? I was hoping to ask in the range of 18 - 20 as fixed component.+vari
total experience : 3.5 yrs. tech stack : java, springboot, microservice

Got call from 13 HRs telling me about this amazing opportunity they have for me, but they immediately started to end the conversation as soon as they heard my notice period is 3 months !!
I mean their company policy is 3month NP as well, but they're acting like this 😅
