Hi all. I am new to this site and to the Atlanta area. I have been job hunting for a while with no success. I am Research Analyst with a PhD in Biochemistry and have been trying to connect with a recruiter, recruiting firm, talent acquisition agent or HR specialist, but my attempts have been futile. I have sent numerous emails to firm sites and through LinkedIn but have had no success, not a single response. How can I leverage the services of a talent acquisition agent? Any ideas?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?
