My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. I don't know why but lately since the second wave of the pandemic has started, I have been feeling very overwhelmed at work. My manager is mostly a supportive and smart person but due to recent changes in teams his workload has also increased a bit.

I don't know if its work or just the pandemic but sometimes even looking at emails feels dreadful.

Has anyone else noticed that nowadays its relatively easier for someone with 2-3 YOE to fetch 12LPA to 20LPA but difficult for someone with 8 YOE to go above even 35LPA?

Seems salary is not growing proportionally for people with mid to higher experience
