Hi all I got an offer for hcl but the thing is I am being hired for bench,based on the project allocation is it required to move to other locations compulsory? Onboarding location is hyderabad And as for bench situation is considered how long is fine if I am not allocated to any project.

I am a QA engineer in an edutech company. I have an experience of 7.5 years (manual testing- database, front end, mobile and api testing).

I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?
2. What are the skills,tools or certifications required?
3. How should I approach a job opening, given that I have no work experience as a BA.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
What should i do, i am very confused, when i start liking the project he again made some sarcastic comments and pressures me , even i am utilizing my weekends to unterstand it faster.

I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
So when I will get my variable pay of last year as my performance cycle is still not closed.

Whether we need to Collect the Laptop from the HCL Office directly, as I got the Mail from them to collect the laptop from their Jigani Campus. Why they will not send to our home address???? Kindly confirm guys, as i am a new joiner.

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
