I got an offer from Mphasis with 18 LPA before putting my resignation. Current pkg in Tech Mahindra 7.56 (exp:7.6).
I have few offers are in process and 45 notice period left.Now manager is asking to stay in techm with pkg if 17lpa.
I think I can get 30 Lpa or more but issue with work from home as I can't relocate to other cities.
What should I do? Should i stay in Tech M or will try some company in 45 days which we will give permanent work from home.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Getting offer from Fidelity International for Tech Consultant- Integration for 38 Lacks, as a 15 years experienced professional. I was expecting 45 L. Should I go for it?

I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Profile : SAP EHS Consultant 4YOE
Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable
LTI: 9.9 lac + 1.1 lac variable (they have shared that they will try to get approvals and make it comparable to the counter offer)
