I got an offer of 18 lpa fixed with no variable pay from Capgemini and it looks like i'll get another offer from ltm for 20lpa fixed with 1L as joining bonus, if i try to negotiate will capgemini offer a counter the offer ? if yes then how much will they offer? My tech stack is MS CRM.

Role offered in capgemini is B2 and Role offered in LTM is P2.
