I have 4 YOE as a Full Stack Dev.
Current CTC is ₹14.5 LPA (10% variable).
CitiusTech offered ₹16.25 LPA (10% CPLI), which feels low. HR said I’m already overpaid for my experience, and they have a standard budget.
If I share a better offer, is there any chance they’ll match or revise it?
