Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

6 months probation is rather long; however the more important point where is what type of firm you are looking and whether they have a history of firing people - strategy consulting is usually ok for these things.
I'd expect start-ups, scale-ups and Big Tech to be more aggressive. But in my 10 YOE in consulting in the UK, the 6-month probationary period has been pretty standard.

6 month probation is LONG. But 1 week termination is ridiculous. I would definitely ask them if that’s the norm and why
D2 That's not been my experience, except with D which has longer-than-average notice periods.
6 month probation is normal and if it’s one of the T2s I wouldn’t worry, usually everyone gets through probation
I am at another t2 and I am very surprised that c at lek handles team already and there is no up or out😂 must be stressful
Efficio?
Nope, one of the T2 firms.
I think this is ACN??? A friend of mine also got the same in her contract!
Yep, it's the same at Accenture.
This is the norm for Deloitte grads, ACN A-Ms and for Moorhouse so I wouldn't be alarmed. Definitely clarify though
That is really short. It is usually 4 weeks during the probationary period in the UK.
D1 I'm at UK employer no. 3 (one of them being D, whose longer notice period was the exception.) Also had offers from 3 other UK consultancies along the years. I'm not too far off, you see, and this has been my experience.
