but m not sure If I should join, as I have heard they lay off people without prior notice.

Is there a job security in this company ?

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.

NFW- I just had a good laugh. Earlier today I was on a video conference call reviewing a Private Label Agreement template with a larger company who wishes to brand label products we develop and manufacture. We came to a very one-sided provision and my sales VP stated “for this one, how can we just say ‘hell no’ ...nicely?” The other person on the call said we can replace the wording with just NFW (no f@$* way) and I said “I will have to add that to the defined terms section so it’s clear”

I have 8+ years of experience and UKG has offered me 18 LPA fixed plus 10% variable. Is this fine for 8+ yoe ?
And they were offering me some amount for buy out but things didn't work on out at my current company ,so now can I ask ukg to give that amount to me as joining bonus ? Please reply.

Does UKG provide joining bonus to new joiners ? If yes, to all joiners(2/3 month NP) or to only early joiners (1 month NP) or immediate joiners(0-15days NP) ?
