I have attended interview with infosys on Feb 8th TR and 15th another TR with lead, Still now i didnt receive any updates from infosys. While checking careers portal it showing Decision pending 32 times. When can i expect updates from them.

I’m looking into exiting consulting and moving into product management. Picked up a few books to read. Would a PM certification provide a lot of value? Any other tips are appreciated! Thank you.
