I have completed my Techno managerial round and HR round on 4th July and 6th July I got my digiverifier process from Infosys and it's completed ..I gave 3 YOE ..when can I expect OL ? How long it takes ..Can someone help me with this

The HR had shared a generic JD for Salesforce Developer with the interview schedule email. I called the recruiter to reconfirm that the interview was for Sales position.

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
