I have got an opportunity in Wells Fargo for role of Business Execution Consultant. I have 4 years of work ex. My current ctc is 11 LPA. I have asked for the expected salary as 18 LPA. The HR have scheduled interview next week. Is 18 LPA ok for this role with 4 yrs work ex? Location is Bnglr.

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

How is the onsite opportunity in HCL? Is it as good as TCS?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
