If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

The starting salary and career progression will be much quicker at mbb than b4, and you will be able to go to b4 from mbb anytime, but not other way around. Plus if you are thinking about MBA in the future, you get almost guarantee mba sponsorship from mbb and t2 firms when you will likely have to fight for sponsorship from b4. Recruit for mbb and other t2 firms. Better to have more options!
And if you need to accept the return offer now, accept then keep recruiting. You can rescind the offer later if you have a better offer in the future. Do what's the best for you. Companies do the same all the time
Why not both?
I second this. I would def do both. You never know what could happen.
If you want assurance, I suggest you accept first the return offer. But still, keep your options open. You can reject the return offer later on if you find a better offer.
