I have joined recently in PS as Senior experience engineer and I have experience of 5.4 years and they gave me a package of 25 lpa, I feel it's less when I asked during the HR round for 28-29 lpa they said it's not possible
And one of my senior coleague working as lead experience said he has 7 years experience but when I checked his Linkedin profile it was saying he if from my batch how's it possible and how did he get that offer then,
I feel even I deserve that much

The week of my wedding, my husband (PL SQL Developer 4 yoe) was laid off. That was a couple of weeks ago. Luckily I'm still bringing money in as a software engineer, but I'm looking for advice on how to support a partner who has been laid off.
