I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? I am a 3rd year senior associate in alternative investment tax and up for manager promotion this year. I really dislike the long hours of this job and seeking to make a move. Although I’m not sure i necessarily want to stay in tax. I have a young toddler at home and want to find a job i like, makes decent money, and has decent hours so i can spend more time with family.
