I have sent an email to cognizant recruiter for counter offer 2 weeks back but i have not received any reply from him.
I have still 50 days left in NP.
When should we sent the email to CTS HR for counter offer i mean how many days before LWD???
And will they consider counter offer???

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Hi lads,
Anyone please help me understand what would be my monthly salary that will get credited, with/without the tax deduction on monthly basis.

And I'm new to all this I don't know what is variable pay, basic etc. Please help understand this by writing few description on above points. I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.
