I joined Capgemini in 2024. My manager mentioned that hikes are effective from April 1, and if applicable, I would be considered in the next cycle.

Since my March salary has already been credited without any revision, does this mean I am not eligible for this cycle?

Has anyone faced a similar situation or can share how this usually works?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Actually I am going through some tough times(going through a divorce), want to connect to EAP to discuss my mental health issues.
