I need a suggestion. I am SAP ABAP Consultant in Accenture.
I have two offers in hand, one from PWC India and other one from EY GDS.
Both offering almost same CTC.
I also have offers from SAP Partners but I don't want to go there.
Please suggest me which Big4 i should join in terms of skills devlopement and career growth.

Looking to get a bit of insight on breaking into tech working as an executive assistant after working for BigLaw for 20+ years.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
