Currently iam working as contract base and after completing my contract I have been promoted as on-roll and my DOJ is in 4th week of this month. So iam just awaiting for replacement for a new person current project and we didn't find the person as of now.

Is there any chances to if hr team didn't find replacement in my DOJ. Are they stop my onroll transition or DOJ will be extended. The final one i have duly signed on offer letter 35 days ago.

Any one working btis eds du4 project in HCL?

i have joined accenture in sep 2021 , and i am in a development project in .net technology. But since i was from non cs/it background i am facing lot of difficulty in coding and more over there is only me who is given complete .net work , there is no team for .net in our project, i am the only one and now i am not finding interest in coding and also everyday i am under pressure . So is it possible for me to change my team internally where there is no coding activity like monitoring or support.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

I have found it difficult to secure a project manager role, but I did receive an offer for a project coordinator position within my organization, after a few rounds of interviewing. Hi fishes, I got offer Letter from Accenture. And recently I started getting project calls which Accenture is aiming to have us to be tagged to a project even before joining Accenture to avoid bench time. This is good but at same time I have a question what if am not getting selected in any projects before my joining date? Will they revoke offer or any actions they would take?

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
