I am in Accounting/Finance consulting and I was suppose to be studying for my CPA exam and not working crazy hours. My bosses keep telling me that they are working to transition me off the project, but still I have heard nothing. I want to tell them I am not happy, but worried I might lose my job (The company culture doesn't work their employees miserable).
I am not sure what to do at this point. I feel like I am on an island.

I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true? Hi , i am having 3 yoe and have an offer from cts having joining date as 8 june but i want to resign on 15th march and not before that due to some project reasons . So my LWD becomes 13 June if i put resignation on 15th march which is more than my joining date 8 june .so what should i do in this situation i have already mailed my assigned recruiter at cts to extend my joining date but getting no response . So I joined IBM five months back and just a week back I got a project.

Since my shift is 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, I started clocking in my hours in Workday from previous Monday for shift allowance and its pending for approval with my people manager.

Guys can you tell me when should we contact our manager by the end of every week or by the end of the month to get the entered time approved on Workday?

Secondly, does the people manager approve it or the project manager?
