I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

Tell them to slow down. Usually it's pressure tactics to reduce uncertainty on their side. This also means they're bloody desperate to close the hire. Tell them you won't be giving them a date, as that would be setting false expectations, and not to ping you back about it again.

You can always share the estimate LWD as you would have discussed with your counterpart in PWC. You can even share the email confirmation notification as well for resignation acceptance.

Okay the reason is diminishing the power of withdrawal of resignation i.e. you have full rights to withdraw resignation before it formally accepted. That's why they are forcing to get resignation acceptance letter.

Before 2025 when I had switched I had mentioned a line on my formal email that "Date of resignation shall be considered as date of acceptance." There is nothing/no law allows me to stop unless I decides. Since I made up my mind due to xyz reason and I wanted to join as early as possible.

Resignation email will support you for the process until it's accepted, you can mention the same accepting may take time.

Just because they want to close the offer doesn’t mean they can do whatever they want. If they still force you, talk to your current HR since it’s urgent. If needed, you can share even small updates so they know you’re serious about joining. Jeez these HRs

My DOJ is overlapping with LWD with 10 days, I was expecting to get early release, but now my RM is delaying things.. I will check HR after this that... and bcz of overlapping BGV is still pending. What should I do now? Should now I just ask PwC HR to extend joining date for which I already told because it was less than my notice period and asked HR l, she said she will change the DOJ once I confirm the LWD. Now, I am very confused, should I wait for my manager to give me early release, I am just afraid I will not be too late for submitting BGV docs. Or I should ask PwC HR to extend my DOJ?
