I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept. It is 5,000 above what I said my minimum was, but is significantly more than my current salary. Thanks for any input :)

I have been trying for this company for more than 2 years now but not even a single interview was scheduled.
