NN has CTC inclusive of Variable that they assure to payout at 100% or, more due to company’s performance
While Honeywell offers all fixed as part of their CTC.
Fix to Fix : NN is 4.5lacs lesser than HW
CTC (with Variable in NN) to CTC (all fixed HW) : 2lacs diff.
