I'm currently at 7 LPA working in Oracle HCM consulting and have received offers from EY (Senior Consultant 2 - 11 LPA) and Deloitte
(Consultant - 10.45 LPA).

Based on my 4.5 Yoe, I feel the package is slightly lower than expected. Can anyone share if this is the current market range or if there's room for better negotiation?

I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
