Hi all, I’m happy with my role but I feel like I don’t know much about exit ops (beyond same role new firm) and honestly that concerns me. I was recently promoted to manager and of course have lots of experience in your general tax vals, calculations, PPAs, etc, but my focus has narrowed more to real estate lately.

I do most of the lease vals, complex waterfalls for LP/GP interests, and can do internal (not MAI) RE valuation. Also have some live deal underwrite exp.

Any ideas on exits?

Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
