What's the expected salary for a pharmacist in French hospital in California?

Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.

Any suggestions on how this might be addressed?

I’ve been an Admin Assistant for 5 years with the last 2 in a government. I have worked hard to get here thinking this is what I wanted. Now that I’m here, making 40k CAD/yr. I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?
