Yeah same here, after putting in lot of efforts not getting appreciated. Mostly the lead and managers favourite get all the appreciation I’ve seen in my experience . Even I need advice to protect my self in a way so that I’m recognised
Bottom of the food chain will never get it. Stop working so much and when they ask why working less then say no appreciation.
If you really are valuable resource they will do anything to keep you happy. If you are not then you will know its all in your head.
Who is asking you to work 11-12 hrs? Noone kept a gun to your head. Just log off after 9 hrs.
