My skills include, C, C++, working with hardware protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, Modbus and more. I've additionally worked with wireless protocols like WiFi, BLE and LoRa

I recently joined a small company as a tech lead in Pune.
I am not enjoying the work here. I have good experience in Linux application development in C.
Also as a hobby project completed small projects on opencv/image processing on python.
I have a good hold in system design using python and C.
Looking for suggestions should I starting looking for another opportunity or should I wait for atleast completing 1 year to justify my change.
