Left Accenture but I have a huge amount around 40k in Sodexo. Since Accenture policy is restricted for use only in Swiggy and zomato. That too food orders only, I'm unable to use the entire amount. Is there any workaround for how else it can be used?

Female here and I hate to say it! But whenever I’m pull to a new project I secretly hope I don’t get a female lead. 😞 I had some interesting experiences with women leads, which it does not apply to all women!, but I feel a bit hesitant and I feel is ptsd lol how can I overcome this mentality?! I’m pro women and equally etc etc but I often rather deal with a dude lead Bc we women are so hard on each other. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️
