Hi All, Need some help in deciding
I have an offer from MPL offering me 30 lac CTC (25 fixed + stocks). I also have an offer from a fintech company (established) offering 18 lacs quoting market issues.
The offer from fintech is 30% lower than my current CTC though the perk is job stability and flexibility (wfh).
The offer from MPL pays well, have heard gives a steep learning curve, hybrid culture, just that job stability might be an issue. Does it make sense to take a huge pay cut for stability?

Does anyone run a business in addition to their firm? I’m a solo and I’m doing pretty well with about 60-70 billable hours a month. Though that leaves a lot of downtime. Curious if anyone has any second businesses that require about 20 hours a week. Not looking for passive income or franchise ideas though.

Hi all, need help from the community. Recently i have given interview for senior security engineer at Sprinklr and got selected. Now there is an HR round that i have to attend, so, need help regarding the feedback of the company Sprinklr and how much should i ask in terms of CTC?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
