The recruiter is telling me 400-500k total comp, but the position would be a steps down in terms of title/autonomy, and far less front facing. Any advice?

Has anyone had any experience interviewing with Meta for any Administrative Partner roles? I have a interview Tuesday from 1pm to 3:15pm with 4 leaders. Each leader gets 30 mins. I am nervous. I am very confident of what I am bringing to the table. It’s a remote position and I know the job market for EA is flooding. Does anyone have any pointers? What’s the work life balance like? Is it weird to ask during an interview in house whether there is any time tracking?

Context: I’m leaving my current job because I absolutely despise billing and cannot get with the “record your hours” program. I have ADHD so jumping from project to project is important for me to keep my focus (it’s what works for me), and having to stop and bill messes up that chaotic rhythm I found. So I want to be 100% sure there will be no tracking my daily time in this new position.
