2. Globlant: 18 LPA all fixed.

Apart from salary, can please suggest which would be good in aspect of WLB, Projects and Stability?

And will Deloitte match or renegotiate.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
