I would suggest Publicis Sapient. It is nest for me as I get good amount of leaves. People take half day leaves because of doctor's appointment, kids school meeting and bank work frequently.

In my team, people can tell their reasons freely and everyone understands that we have life outside work.

In terms of Benefits, PS has rolled out some new benefits for employees this year. It covers lot more family members and new age issues such as psychological counseling, care giving and assisting people with special needs.

What's more, you can work from any where is the world too here. One of my team mate is going to Australia for a week and planning to work from there. This seems quite cool to me.

I worked there 3 years before and during my tenure there was no such practice. All you had to do is have a discussion with the delivery manager of the project and they would ask you just some basic questions around your experience. Nothing technical at all. They would just explain what your role expectations would be. That's it

How do you come up with your labs to make sure they are aligned with the unit.? I feel like I am doing well on EOC scores but I feel like my class is a drag because we just drill concepts and the labs are not making the connections I’d like between the lesson and the activity. It becomes them just following my instruction and not much scientific processing or troubleshooting to come up with the conclusion. I want to make scientist not just students that pass the EOC.

Is it normal for a Product Owner to lay out specs for how a feature should work?

I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.
