Recently I given interview in JPMorgan for Glasgow location and position Full Stack Software Engineer III.

I completed 3 Round followed by first 2 technical and 1 Behavioural round and conducted by Executive Director. All round goes well but still I'm not able to hear anything from HR and also drop mail for feedback but no reply.

Final behavioural round completed on 23rd Feb 2024.

Can anyone share their experience that when I will get HR mail or next possible steps ?

Have 8.5 YOE with CCTC8.5 LPA with 10% VP. Tech stack - java, spring boot, microservices. #FirstSwitch

1. TCS 19.4 LPA includes 10% VP (Associate Consultant) Delhi 2. WIPRO-25 LPA - includes 10% VP (B3 band team lead) considering it. (Pune) My queries
1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

So any one gone through these scenario and does mastercard extended joining date??

How do you get experience when no one will hire you? I wouldn’t mind hanging a shingle but I feel it’d be irresponsible to do so with no experience. Unlike all of my classmates, I never landed an internship/externship in law school - had only one interview. I was a PT law student, came from a CS background, and worked in IT throughout law school. I passed the bar exam on my first try (Oct 2020) and have only had a couple interviews out of the hundreds of applications I sent out. Any suggestions?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
