What’s the work-life balance at Strategy& and EY-Parthenon in the London offices? At the moment I’m averaging around 50-55 hours at my boutique - higher or lower?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told.
