Management doesn't bother inside out view, I mean what employees think about company. Old fashioned payroll and hr policies, not representing modern progressive IT company. Outside in view is influenced (what customers think) by inside out view. Seems like hand of ceo are tied by hierarchial culture of parent company and coo seems to be in control and ceo in waiting.
Company boasts industry leading growth and unable to pay variable compensation or declare salary hikes on time. After L&T took over Mindtree max salary hike was mostly for C-level at 3 to 4X in 4 years and while mid level & junior level of ex-lti & ex-mindtree got increments a quarter of inflation @ 2 to 3 % as salary hike, this led to higher attrition and high cost of hiring and slalary parity issues.
