How is the process in Wipro with 3rd party hiring agency?

I was approached by an agency for a role in Wipro, I have had 2 technical interviews and HR call
Now this agency is asking for documents over mail, I am not comfortable sharing unless its through official channels.
Shouldnt this be handled by internal wipro HR?
I also dont see any applications as well in my dashboard.

What’s the pro and cons of doing down stream PE (M&A, buyouts, gen Corp etc) vs upstream (fund raising, formation, operation), in terms of exit, nature of work and upwards prospect? Debating which practice group I should join so would really appreciate some insights on both ends

I'm going to move from non IT profile to IT profile. Basically I'll be applying as front end engineer in new company. Previously I was working in a BPO profile.
Just wanted to ask if I'll be provided training in my initial months as a front end engineer or am I expected to work from the very first day.

Hey all! I went through the interviewing process with a company and we had a verbal agreement on X amount of salary per year. They liked me and extended an offer but the offer was for $15K less than what we agreed bc that’s what HR approved for. I was desperate so I took it. Accepting this offer meant that I had to relocate to the other side of the country. Omw that was 2500 miles, I received a call that they rescinded the offer. Is there anything legal that I can do to sue them?

What’s the best way to apply for another job internally? I have a good relationship with my manager. Should I let her know I’m thinking of applying to jobs internally or apply first and then let her know? Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
