Suggest what to do ,what if I join HP and resign with in 10-15 days will it impact my BGV in CTS if I will get selected.

i have 3 offers for Software Engineer profile from Thales , Fidelity International and Jio Private Ltd. Which should i join?

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

I have second round interviews coming up at a law firm with partners and associates. What are your favorite questions to ask law firm partners and associates during interviews?

Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?
