It seems they are pretty rigid about hybrid model and don't want to be bit more flexible. As job market isn't good so ppl may joining but in long run they will start loosing ppl.
Yeah no one wants to spend so many years so far from home without flexibility in wfo
Yeah correct, as far as I know 5 days in 2 weeks is mandatory as per them . I am also in offer negotiations phase in bms.

As per their policy, one needs to be in office min 2 days in one week and 3 days in next week. That’s how they measure 50%. You can’t even skip the entire week of WFO thinking that next week you can be in office full time
