I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Interviewing with another B4 (trying to move from PwC) and I think interviews went well. It was just a normal conversation rather than typical behavioral type of interviews. I think me just talking about my background/current projects answered most of questions they had and I asked a lot of questions to learn about the team and firm. If I have a good vibe, should I trust it?

Here is my issue. I left my firm this summer for an opportunity I should have known was to good to be true. I realized it wasn’t what I was led to believe. Was able to return to my old firm. The return was “a favor”. But includes conditions. I am not happy, and need a change and honestly more money now rather than in 6-8 months. I knew it would be ruff when I went back but I didn’t expect it to be this ruff. Is my recent history gonna be a huge hurdle to even get an interview?

Sorry for another question about tipping vendors, but can someone point to any norms for NYC/NJ-based weddings? We’ve received and seen a lot of “interesting” input from others like 20% vs. a flat amount of $100-$500 vs. for photography to tip 1-2% per image that we would hang up. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
