I have an offer with global logic with 16 lpa(14.5 fixed).

I have joined and onboard is done.

I got a Accenture offer with 16 fixed and 3 l variable.

Now I want to abscond global logic. Is it fine? Will it impact my career or bgv or anything

Please help me iam little confused

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

Queries:
1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.

Chances are they won't relieve you before 90 days and there is no buy back option in GL.

Resign officially otherwise It will cause problem in future during BGV.
