I'm currently working in TCS as a security analyst with 1.5 YOE. I am very underpaid. Now I gave interviews and hopefully will get selected as I cleared technical rounds. My current salary is 3.7LPA. How much should I ask in the new company?

my question is: 1. Is that the right designation given on my 8.5 YOE in Accenture?.

Is there a definitive guide to cost of living? The obvious cost of living centers (SF, NYC, LA etc.) get covered a lot, but I’m wondering where my city falls. It’s a modest Midwest city with ~100k residents but is a relatively touristy spot. It often feels like a MCOL area but I’m not sure how to adequately judge that, and it would be helpful to know when comparing salaries and the like.

I was recently approached by a recruiter about a position as a litigation attorney at the DOJ. I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.
