CTS has started BGV and Pre-joining formalities. I have already submitted documents under BGV, is it okay if I wait till the BGV status green after that can I upload documents under Pre-joining formalities?

Or is it mandatory to complete Pre-joining formalities in order to start BGV?

Any help would be appreciated.

I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?
