I'm 8 yoe cobol developer and was working with XYZ which I had joined 3 years ago at 18.5 + 1 LPA and never got hike nor full vpp as everyone there, resigned without offer.
6 months of joblessness got in Deloitte since last 3 months but at just 19.5LPA fixed + 10% variable as S.Con and everyday I feel being underpaid.

Now, I got offer from Infosys at 26.5(includes 15% vp). Confused. Any suggestions please?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
