I wish to understand what approach to take when your manager is a technical person and does not value the contribution of BA. Even agile ceremonies are hijacked for technical discussions.

And on that note, any generic BA openings in captive units (banks) in Pune would be helpful to break out of the rut I'm into now.

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon.
