Yeah I am able to See Infosys in service history. But when I am trying to make the transfer request after selecting infosys it's not allowing me to proceed
I need to check it once again ...but I remember it's showing in service history
All the passbooks are generally present .yes it's possible to transfer pf from one account to another.
Pro
You will see Infosys in your sevice history but you wont be able to see the pf balance since the EPF of infosys is managed privately by its trust.
You can ofcourse transfer the pf from Infosys to new org.
Go to alumni portal. Check retirals section and follow the steps. step by step instructions are given on Infosys Alumni portal. I did the same few months back
Hey while initiating transfer from epfo portal for Infosys -> another company, we get form 13. In that I see that pf account nmbr (epfo) and pf account nmbr (trust) is the same. Is that how it is supposed to be? I checked the steps shared and they didn't mention anything about entering trust number anywhere....
Thanks I will check in Alumni portal
