I’m no expert but if you’re 5’2 and 102 I don’t think you need to lose any weight
Yeah, your BMI is already on the border of underweight right now. BMI is mostly nonsense but it’s still a decent sign that maybe weight loss isn’t the most sustainable objective for your body

If you’re 5’2” and 102 pounds you need therapy, not diet tips. In all seriousness, you sound like you have body dysmorphia and/or an eating disorder.
Intermittent Fasting isn’t for everyone and it doesn’t work like most people think. I understand the Asian comment, COMPLETELY. It’s different ways to encourage your body to thin out in a “healthier” way. Eating cultural foods makes a difference as well as water intake. A lot of people forget that you can eat your water content as well as drinking it.
CICO or make slight lower calorie modifications to your regular eating pattern. The only reason any of these fad diets work is because they trick you into eating less anyways.
Try a nutritionist! They will help you realize whether weight loss is what you need and the best way to get there. Most of our companies have insurance that cover most of the cost, except deductible. Everything is not for everyone! You need customized support

I cut down some snacks. But otherwise stick with what I regularly ate. But thanks everyone!
Are you eating enough protein during your window? I find that using my fitness pal to track my macros, protein in particular, is really helpful. I doubled my protein intake while doing IF, and it helped me have enough energy / stamina to get through my strength workouts, which in turn helped me reduce belly fat. Note here that I didn’t actually lose weight, but I did become more lean.
