Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Any Data Scientist here.
I applied for a role last friday night n it got rejected by Saturday night. Looks like it was rejected by ATS system. In that case can anyone tell me how to beat the ATS system of Microsoft?
I did lots of research and found few tools like Resume worded, Rezi AI, zety.com etc. can help. But I am not sure of these tools can help.

Please suggest ways to tackle the ATS of Microsoft or any other company. Read to take paid service or use paid SAAS tool.

I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process.
